Overview
Kiroku, founded in 2017 by a dentist and a machine-learning engineer, helps dental clinicians write consistent clinical notes using clickable templates, AI voice notes, and Co-Pilot, which listens to the appointment and fills in the template. Kiroku claims notes are 60% faster than writing them manually. It is a notes tool rather than a charting tool: its tooth selector records teeth and surfaces as text, and notes are copied into the practice management system. Kiroku says visit audio is transcribed and then deleted, not stored. It also offers Kiroku Docs for letters and digital consents, and a version for veterinarians.
