Nabla is an ambient AI assistant that drafts clinical notes, with dictation, ICD-10 and E/M coding suggestions, and broad multilingual capability. It beat Microsoft DAX on the primary endpoint of a randomized trial at UCLA Health (NEJM AI, 2025), the only head-to-head randomized comparison of two scribes. It now sells mainly to health systems and groups through demos and contracts.
